This is our warranty in plain English. We take great care in designing and making our products and offer a 10 year workmanship warranty. Keep your receipt in the event that you need to make a claim. Our warranty is for the original owner. We don’t make the zippers so we guarantee them for 2 years. Age should add to the character of your Detroit Cargo™ product. We do not guarantee the product against fading or scuffing. Should a warranty claim occur please contact us through our website www.detroitcargo.com. You will need to send the bag back to us prepaid. We will cover returning it to you.
